World BikeTrial Championship must provide a Free Camping for all participants. It is one important rule in BikeTrial to give to all participants the possibility to compete without expense. Camping Area, electrical service, wc and shower will be available for all participants that choose this solution for they permanence in Sonico.

The organization will erect a free camping area with toilets and showers for those who want to reach with its own vehicles such as camper vans or tents. Each seat will be equipped with electricity outlet.

In Italy you are using a voltage of 220V and people should be empowered her electrical appliances with this voltage.
The organization will install electrical panels comply with EEC and Italian regulations. Users of the camp must to purchase of adapters to connect their appliances.

Biking is one of the most enjoyable outdoor activities that anyone can partcipate in. Some tips on how to stay safe and look out for impending problems will help you enjoy during your bike activity. Using all needed security equipments in any cycling activities.
| INSURANCE |
All riders / participants must possess health insurance, in order to be able to pay developed accidents.
The organizer does not pay expenses of the event for cares. Is necessary a health insurance for the riders.
The organizer will provide an additional accident insurance for every rider during the period of the competition.
| HOSPITALIZATION POLICY |
The organizer will provide minor emergency medical services during competition for all riders.
If hospitalization is required, ambulance transport will be provided to hospital. Any hospital services out of the insurance coverage required for the athlete will be at the rider’s personal expense.
| WAIVER AND RELEASE FORM |
All competitors must execute the waiver and release of liability and name and likeness release before participating in the competition (at first license control when check in). If the rider executing this release is under 18 years old (a minor), his/her parent/guardian must sign the document also.

The most highest level in BikeTrial is the "International Elite". Riders that take part in Competition in Elite Category have a lot of experience and a great number of victory in their palmares! Elitè Rider must have won in Senior or Junior Category.
| BIU RANKING LIST |
The final BIU ranking 2012 will be determined by total championship points of 2012 WBC round 1, WBC round 2 & WBC round 3.
The awarding ceremony of Ranking 2012 will be held after the awarding ceremony of 2012 WBC.
BIU original medals for the top 3 of each category and BIU Champion Jersey for the Champion of each category (except Constructors).

BikeTrial is not a expensive Sport, all Rider must have the possibility to compete in our Sport without difficulty to compare themselves to the other Riders coming from the other Nations.
World BikeTrial Championship provides money award only for Elite Category.
| ENTRY FEE |
The fee is €30 per rider. It should be paid from the delegate (or team manager) to the delegate of the host country at least before the first jury meeting of the event. (Refer to Art. 26)
| PRIZE |
Prize money for the top 3 riders of Elite with € 1000, € 600 and € 400 respectively.
Medals and trophy for the top 3 riders of each category.

Can I compete in WBC 2012 ? Can I try to participate in BikeTrial International Competition ?
To compete in World BikeTrial Championship 2012 need registration in Entry List. Each National Delegate must send its Entry List to BIU before the 21 June 2012.
Rider from Nation without National Delegation can participate in WBC 2012 with License released by European BikeTrial Union (for Europe) or directly from BIU (for other country).

The rider must possess a license that was issued in the present year by Biketrial Union. (Refer to Art. 03) Entry form (list of riders) must be sent from delegate or BNU of the country to the BIU head office.
Closing date of entry for all events will be one month before WBC France (21/June/2012). A rider entry limit of a Nation is 20 riders per day (Refer to Art. 26 Entry).
Riders in the country where is not official national BIU delegate must send entry form through the representative Union in the area. (e.g.: EBU for riders in Europe, BAU for riders in Asia. The riders in the rest of areas must contact to the BIU).

Any application for the event must be applied by the delegate; no personal application will be accepted.
Please note the open date of entry is on 21th May 2012 and
closing date of entry is on 21th June 2012.

BikeTrial is a difficult and exciting sport where the key word is "balance."
In BikeTrial need "balance" in driving the bike but also serves to address the difficulties in learning the competition. As organizers hope that this will serve our "Rider" as a school that will prepared to face even on far more difficult, for life. BIU sets the junior categories at the center of its activities with particular attention to the categories Minime and Junior (13 to 18 years). But one thing common to all the participants are all excellent! No exceptions. In Italy our sport is experiencing a moment of great success thanks to the television Vittorio Brumotti who won the World BikeTrial Championship in 2006, the last competition that year was held in Japan Itadori while in 2012 will follow up with Sonico, thanks to careful administration and an exceptional club like Dynamic Trial. I close with the traditional BikeTrial greeting: Keep in touch!

Sonico is proud to host the BikeTrial World Championship 2012 and would enable them to honor the tradition that sees the Camonica Valley in highly prestigious international event.
After the successfully organized European Cup last year the Town Administration has accepted joyfully the proposal of Dynamic Trial Sport Association and all forces in the area to bring in our country an Event of this high level.
The enthusiasm of young athletes, associations land and of all citizens is at best, will certainly be a memorable event.
We welcome all the competitors and fans alike will enjoy the many things interesting that our country can offer. We are sure to go well, we believe we can offer an acceptance of notch to fivehundred people for several days centered around the event, from over fifteen countries, from four continents. A great opportunity to promote Sonico.

Dear sports friends, for the second time my Club will have the honor to organize a round of the World BikeTrial Championship. We chose a small town of Camonica Valley, an alpine valley in North
Italy, in the Province of Brescia, in Lombardy. This city is called Sonico where we have found an ideal environment for our sport. Sonico's friends and staff of our club are already working for some time to ensure to all a good competition with the proverbial Italian hospitality, which is world famous.
We want to organize a sporting event but it is also a meeting and joy for all, for competitors and for minders. From the sporting side, the competition will be technical but accessible to everyone, we hope that there are present many nations, the BikeTrial is a difficult sport and I am convinced that the races are the best way to grow. I started doing Trial exactly thirty years ago and I never stopped! We are lucky, we do a unique sport: BikeTrial!
Thank you all those who are already helping me and those who will help me in this adventure devoting so much commitment and a lot of their time for this big party: the World Championship BikeTrial 2012.

Pubblichiamo il Regolamento BikeTrial 2012. Il Nuovo Regolamento, versione R52 è molto simile a quello 2011 con alcune piccole novità che saranno valide a partire dalla prima gara di Campionato Italiano del 22 Aprile a Piateda.
Le modifiche introdotte con il nuovo Regolamento sono le seguenti:
- Sono stati eliminati i coefficienti di calcolo delle penalità delle Categorie Benjamin e Promotion. Da quest'anno le penalità di queste due categorie verranno calcolate normalmente per somma come nelle altre categorie.
- Sono modificati i coefficienti di calcolo delle penalità della Categoria Femine che saranno esattamente le stesse del Regolamento BIU internazionale.
Nessuna altra modifica rispetto al 2011.
